Leadership in Action

Welcov Healthcare has an experienced team dedicated to providing compassionate, specialized care for clients in a progressive, safe, people-focused environment.

Led by founder and CEO Paul Contris, Welcov Healthcare has been fortunate to acquire some of the industry’s top talent with decades of healthcare experience. Our leadership shares the common goal of providing the highest quality care and services to residents, families and associates. It is this passion and belief that has made Welcov Healthcare what it is today.
